LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing: what each plan costs, and whether a founder needs it
Sales Navigator costs $119.99 a month for Core and $159.99 for Advanced, less on an annual plan. Here is what each plan adds, how the free trial works, what it cannot do, and when a founder should pay for it.
The short answer
Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 a month, or $1,079.88 a year ($89.99 a month), and it is enough for a founder: 50+ search filters, saved leads and alerts, Spotlights for people who changed jobs or posted, and 50 InMails a month. Advanced, at $159.99 a month, adds TeamLink, Smart Links and the AI features. Advanced Plus, by quote with a 10-seat minimum, is the only plan that syncs with a CRM.
It gives you no email addresses, no phone numbers and no export, so most teams pair it with a data provider. Try Core free for a month, decide before the trial ends, and know that cancelling deletes your saved leads and lists.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing in 2026
LinkedIn sells Sales Navigator in three plans, priced per seat. Core is $119.99 a month, or $1,079.88 a year. Advanced is $159.99 a month, or $1,799.88 a year. Advanced Plus has no public price: LinkedIn quotes it by team size, CRM and onboarding. In the UK, Core is £94.99 and Advanced £130.00 a month.
Those prices are new. Core used to cost $99.99 a month and Advanced $179.99, and many guides still say so; LinkedIn's own plan page now shows the figures above. We found no announcement with a date, so check the plan page on the day you buy.

Core, Advanced or Advanced Plus: which plan
For a founder prospecting alone, Core has what matters: the 50+ filters (seniority, function, headcount, recent job changes), saved lead and account lists with alerts, Spotlights, and 50 InMails a month. You can save up to 10,000 leads.
Advanced is built for a team. TeamLink shows which of your colleagues' connections can introduce you; Smart Links tell you who opened the content you shared; and the AI features summarize an account or a lead and draft messages. Note the billing quirk: Advanced saves only about 6 percent on an annual plan, against 25 percent for Core. Advanced Plus is for ten or more sellers who need Sales Navigator inside Salesforce, Dynamics or HubSpot.
The Sales Navigator free trial
LinkedIn offers a one-month free trial of Core or Advanced. You need a payment card, the trial ends exactly one month after you start it, and LinkedIn emails a reminder about seven days before. You cannot start one if you already pay for a LinkedIn plan, or if you had a free trial in the past 365 days; after a trial, the next one is a year away. Advanced Plus has no trial.
Use the month to answer one question: does Sales Navigator find the people you sell to faster than what you use now? And plan for the end. If you cancel, LinkedIn deletes your saved leads, accounts and messages, and resubscribing does not bring them back.
InMail credits: what 50 a month buys
Every Sales Navigator plan comes with 50 InMail credits a month. Unused credits roll over up to a balance of 150, and a credit comes back if the person accepts, declines or replies within 90 days, so you pay only for the InMails nobody answers. LinkedIn Premium Business includes 15 a month, banked up to 45.
How often do people reply? LinkedIn says InMails get three times the response of email but publishes no method. Belkins, an agency, measured a 7.5 percent reply rate on its Open InMail campaigns across 13,600 contacts in 2025; Expandi, which sells automation, reports 10.4 percent across all LinkedIn messages from May 2025 to April 2026. A 10 to 25 percent average quoted widely has no source we could find.
Sales Navigator vs LinkedIn Premium Business
Premium Business costs $69.99 a month or $539.88 a year and gives 15 InMails a month, but searches with the same filters as free LinkedIn. Sales Navigator includes everything in Premium Business and adds the 50+ filters, lead and account lists, alerts and Spotlights. If you will search for buyers every week, Core is the one to pay for; if you mainly want to see who viewed your profile, Premium Business is enough.
What Sales Navigator does not do
- No contact data. It shows profiles, not work emails or phone numbers. Teams pair it with a data provider such as Apollo or Lusha (compared here (opens in a new tab)).
- No export. There is no CSV or spreadsheet export of leads on any plan; Advanced Plus syncs to a CRM instead.
- Your lists live and die with the subscription. Cancel, and your saved leads, accounts and messages are deleted.
- No automation. LinkedIn's User Agreement bans software that scrapes, changes or automates the site, and its Sales Navigator API is not taking new partners. Our LinkedIn automation guide (opens in a new tab) covers the risks.
- Searches are capped. Vendors report a search shows at most 2,500 people (100 pages of 25), so narrow filters work better than broad ones. LinkedIn does not document this limit.
Is Sales Navigator worth it for a founder?
For a B2B founder who sells to people with job titles on LinkedIn, usually yes, on Core and for a few months at a time. Practitioners describe the same pattern: Sales Navigator finds and watches the right accounts, a data provider supplies the emails, and a sequencer sends. A co-founder reviewing it on Gartner in June 2026 gave it 3 out of 5: strong filters and outreach tools, offset by high price and lock-in.
Skip it if you sell to consumers, if your buyers are not active on LinkedIn, or if you mainly post content. And be careful with the return figures: the 312 percent ROI on LinkedIn's site comes from a 2023 Forrester study that LinkedIn commissioned, modelled on a large company.
Pay for Sales Navigator if
- Your buyers have job titles and use LinkedIn
- You will search and follow accounts every week
- You want job changes and recent posts as reasons to reach out
Skip it, for now, if
- You sell to consumers or to people who are not on LinkedIn
- You only need emails for a list you already have
- You mainly post content and check who viewed your profile
Questions

Yes, one month on Core or Advanced. You need a payment card, and LinkedIn emails a reminder about seven days before it ends. You cannot start a trial if you already pay for a LinkedIn plan or had a trial in the past year.
What is the difference between Sales Navigator Core and Advanced?
Advanced adds TeamLink, which shows colleagues' connections, Smart Links for tracking shared content, and AI features such as Account IQ, Lead IQ and Message Assist. Both include the 50+ filters, lists, alerts, Spotlights and 50 InMails a month.
How many InMails do you get with Sales Navigator?
50 a month on every plan. Unused credits roll over up to 150, and a credit comes back if the person accepts, declines or replies within 90 days. Premium Business includes 15 a month.
Can you export leads from Sales Navigator?
No. There is no CSV or spreadsheet export on any plan. Advanced Plus can sync leads and accounts to Salesforce, Dynamics or HubSpot. Tools that scrape Sales Navigator break LinkedIn's User Agreement.
Is Sales Navigator worth it for a startup?
Usually, on Core, if your buyers have job titles and use LinkedIn. It finds and follows the right people; a data provider supplies emails and a sequencer sends. Start with the free month and decide before it ends.
Sales Navigator vs Premium Business: which should I buy?
Sales Navigator if you prospect every week: it adds 50+ filters, lead lists, alerts and 50 InMails. Premium Business, at $69.99 a month, suits members who mainly want profile insights and 15 InMails.
What happens to my leads if I cancel Sales Navigator?
They are deleted. LinkedIn removes your saved leads, accounts and messages when the subscription ends, and resubscribing does not restore them. Keep your own record of the people you are working with.
