Privacy notice
Last updated October 30, 2026
This notice explains what SaaS Relaunch collects on this site, why, who receives it, and the choices you have.
Ali Elshanawi, the founder, is responsible for it. Questions and requests go to privacy@saasrelaunch.ca.
What we collect
Only what you send us, and a little about the visit it came from.
- From the form: your first name, work email, company website if you give one, and where your product is.
- Also from the form: what the call should focus on, and your answers to the readiness check.
- On the page for Meta ads: your answers about who pays for your product and who takes your sales calls.
- Your consent to be emailed about your enquiry.
- The page you sent it from, the campaign tags in that page's address, and your browser's name and version.
- A one-way code made from your IP address, to stop repeated submissions. We never store the address itself.
- When you book a call: what Cal.com sends us about it, which is your name, email, time and notes.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and set up the call you asked for.
- To prepare that call: your answers tell us where to start.
- To keep the form free of spam.
- On the page for Meta ads: to measure which ads bring the founders the program is built for.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a newsletter.
Who receives it
These services process it for us, each under its own terms. Some of them process it outside your country.
- Vercel hosts this site and runs its form.
- Supabase stores the enquiries.
- Resend emails each enquiry to us.
- Slack posts each enquiry to our team's workspace.
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar, and keeps your booking under its own privacy policy.
- YouTube and Loom play the videos on the site when they show or when you press play.
- Meta, from the page for Meta ads only, as the next section explains.
Meta ads
Our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to one page. From that page, our server tells Meta three things.
- That the page was viewed, with your IP address, your browser, the ad you clicked and a random visitor code.
- That you applied, when your answers fit the program.
- That you booked a call, when you book one.
Those two add your email and first name, hashed so Meta can match them without reading them.
Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show them to people like the founders who applied. No script of Meta's runs on our pages.
Meta's own privacy policy covers what it does with it. You can change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.
What the site keeps on your device
- Your choice of light or dark theme.
- Your readiness check answers, until you close the tab.
- On the page for Meta ads: a random visitor code, kept 180 days, and the ad you clicked, kept 90.
This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. The videos and the booking calendar come from their own services, which may set theirs.
How long we keep it
- We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it.
- You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time.
Your choices
Email privacy@saasrelaunch.ca to do any of these. We reply within 30 days.
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct it, or to delete it.
- Withdraw your consent to be emailed. We stop right away.
- Complain to the privacy regulator where you live.
Keeping it safe
- Enquiries can be read from our admin account alone. The database refuses everyone else by its own rules.
- Every connection to this site is encrypted.
Changes and children
- When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
- This site is for founders of businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 16.
